1. Who we are

This policy describes how SAI (“we”) processes personal data when you use SAI Profile and related services. Contact: support@saiwallet.tech.

2. Data we process

  • Account identifiers (email, wallet address, SSO subject IDs).
  • Authentication artifacts (passkeys, session tokens).
  • Usage of workspace features (chat messages, AML queries) as needed to provide the product.
  • Billing and plan metadata when you subscribe.
  • Technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary — HttpOnly session cookie profile_session, short-lived verifier cookies for wallet QR login, and client storage for the bearer token and theme preference. These are required for sign-in and basic UI.
  • Optional / analytics — not enabled by default in this app. If introduced later, they load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner.

You can change cookie preferences anytime from Settings → Data & Privacy, or clear site data in your browser.

4. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide the Services, authenticate you, prevent fraud, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Where required, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, or consent.

5. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, screening partners) under appropriate agreements, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion from Settings or by contacting support.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where we or our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice in the product.
