By accessing or using SAI Profile and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
SAI provides account, authentication, workspace tools (including chat and risk screening), billing surfaces, and related features. Features may change, be limited by plan, or be unavailable in some regions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, violate sanctions or AML rules, or use outputs as sole basis for regulated investment advice where prohibited.
5. Crypto & risk
Market data, AML screening, and AI responses are informational. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Digital-asset activity involves risk of loss.
6. Subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing and checkout flows presented at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
SAI and its licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to process it to operate the Services.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. SAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, except where liability cannot be limited.
